The Department of Tourism Studies of the University of Piraeus announces the official call for applications for the admission of students to the new, innovative Postgraduate Programme (MSc) "Digital Transformation and Innovation in Tourism" (Government Gazette B΄ 6040/05.10.2026 & Government Gazette B΄ 5966/05.10.2026) for the academic year 2026-2027.
1. Prerequisites & Admitted Students
- Degree Title: Holders of a first-cycle degree from a domestic Higher Education Institution (HEI) or equivalent recognized foreign institutions (or those completing their studies by September 2026).
- Foreign Language: Very good command of the English language (proven according to ASEP criteria, an English-language HEI degree, or other accepted titles).
- Number of Admissions: Set up to 80 students per academic year.
2. Criteria & Scoring
- 1st Group - Application File (70%): Degree grade / transcript, department relevance, recommendation letters, and relevant professional/research experience.
- 2nd Group - Interview (30%): Oral interview via video conference to assess communication skills, maturity, and motivation.
3. Required Documents
- Online application & Detailed curriculum vitae.
- Copy of degree / completion certificate & official transcript of grades.
- Two (2) recommendation letters.
- Proof of English proficiency, copy of ID card & 1 photograph.
- Responsible declaration (via gov.gr) regarding the truth of the submitted documents.
