Institutional Account & SSO
Every student activates their Institutional Account via uregister.unipi.gr using their mobile phone number or personal email address.
Access to digital services is authenticated via Single Sign-On (SSO) using your username and password. Password management and account recovery are handled through mypassword.unipi.gr.
Student Web Portal (SIS Portal)
The Student Web Portal application is accessible at sis-portal.unipi.gr, allowing students to:
- View curriculum courses, instructors, and recommended textbooks.
- Submit semester registration and course enrollment declarations.
- Track course grades and examination results.
- Instantly request and download official enrollment certificates electronically.
E-Learning Platforms & Distance Education
Educational delivery and remote learning communication are supported through state-of-the-art digital platforms:
- Open eClass: The central platform eclass.unipi.gr hosts supplementary educational material, lecture notes, announcements, assignments, and exercises for all courses.
- Synchronous Learning & Conferencing Tools: Live lectures, virtual meetings, and online assessments are conducted using Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex Meetings, and Microsoft Forms.
Academic ID & Student Transit Pass
Applying for an Academic ID card is mandatory and must be submitted online at academicid.minedu.gov.gr using your institutional credentials.
Issued as a smart card with enhanced security features, it also serves as a student transit pass (Paso) for public transportation discounts.
Textbook Management Service (Eudoxus)
Integrated management and declaration of course textbooks are carried out through the central EUDOXUS portal at eudoxus.gr.
It offers complete information on required textbooks per course, automated distribution processes, and access to free electronic books and lecture notes.
Wireless Network (Wi-Fi) & VPN Service
Wi-Fi (unipi): All campus teaching spaces are covered by the free unipi wireless network for instant connectivity without password requirement.
VPN Service: Enables secure remote access to the University’s internal network from home, providing access to subscription-based scientific databases and electronic journals in the Library. Learn more about VPN.
Software Distribution & Helpdesk
Visit helpdesk.unipi.gr/software/ for installation guides and access to available educational software:
- Microsoft Office 365 Education Plus: Free download for all students via delos365.grnet.gr.
- OnTheHub: Access to specialized software suites from Microsoft and other vendors.

Career Office
The Career Office provides comprehensive guidance to students and alumni for a smooth transition into the job market and career progression.
It fosters active partnerships with enterprises and public/private organizations, offering career counseling, internship opportunities, and postgraduate information.
Internship Program
The Internship Program connects academic knowledge with the business environment, giving students hands-on practical experience in real-world settings.
It aids in skill development, gaining professional experience, and career orientation within partner tourism organizations and enterprises.
Erasmus+ Program
The University of Piraeus actively participates in the Erasmus+ program, offering students international mobility opportunities across Europe.
It includes structured student exchange periods for studies and traineeships in European partner universities under the ECTS system, backed by linguistic support.
University of Piraeus Library
Located on the 2nd basement level of the Main Building (accessible via elevator for mobility impaired users). It holds over 55,000 book volumes, 345 print journal titles, audiovisual material, and full electronic access to over 6,000 scientific journals via the HEAL-Link network. Website: www.lib.unipi.gr.

The University Counseling Center serves as a safe environment for mental health support, active listening, and guidance.
It supports students with university adaptation, stress management, study & social skill development, interpersonal relationships, and personal growth.
Student Welfare Office
The Student Welfare Office oversees living condition enhancements for students throughout their studies.
It handles information and application processing for Free Student Meals, Housing, Housing Allowance, medical coverage, and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) issuance.
University Health Clinic
The University Health Clinic provides primary healthcare services and emergency first aid to all members of the academic community.
It is fully equipped with medical device technologies (ECG machine, automated external defibrillator, oxygen supply, wheelchair, and emergency pharmaceutical supplies).
